Warrior Samurai V2 12000lb Next Generation 12v Winch with Steel Rope
Now upgraded to V2, the Samurai remains a high specification winch which is ideal for recovery and 4x4 applications. It's outstanding features include a high quality series wound motor with brass fitting's, a heavy duty waterproof solenoid, double sealed drum and quiet, efficient full steel planetary gearing.
The real stand out feature though, is the addition of a new and revolutionary external braking system. Unlike a standard winch brake, the V2 Samurai doesn't have its brake in the drum but instead its located at the end of the gearbox. Moving the brake makes the Samurai V2 range even faster, with lower amp draw and makes it more capable of load holding and lowering. It also reduces the amount of heat build up on the drum, making it ideal for use with synthetic ropes.
